Step Into Santa's Library

On select dates throughout November and December, enjoy the warmth and wonder of Santa’s Library.

Surrounded by twinkling lights, festive books and plenty of Christmas cheer, little ones will have the chance to meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes and capture a special festive photo before receiving a beautifully wrapped, age-appropriate book to take home.

Children aged 2 and over will also receive their very own eco-friendly decorate-your-own Christmas decoration, exclusively designed for Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm by Wild Lines – a special keepsake to decorate, treasure and hang on the tree for years to come.

Even better, every visit to Santa’s Library will help support the fantastic work of Coram Beanstalk, a national charity helping children across the country develop a love of reading and build confidence through literacy.

Please note: Due to the nature of our decorate-your-own Christmas decorations, these are only included for children aged 2 and over. Children under 2 will still receive a beautifully wrapped, age-appropriate book from Santa. Families wishing to purchase one of our exclusive Christmas decorations for an under-2 can do so separately from our Gift Shop.

We also offer SEND-friendly book options for children and adults who may benefit from them. If you would like to request one, please contact us at [email protected] before your visit. Our elves will also be happy to help with any additional needs or questions when you arrive.

Yes. Once Santa’s Library has been fully set up, we will create a Social Story showing what visitors can expect. This will be available on our website before the experience begins.

Please don’t worry, our team understands that someone may feel differently when they arrive and will adapt the experience to suit their needs. We will never pressure anyone to meet Santa.

Depending on what the person feels comfortable with, we could give them some extra time before trying again, arrange for Santa to meet them in an outdoor space, or ask one of Santa’s helpers to bring their gift to them away from Santa.

Of course. If you have any questions or would like to discuss how we can support someone in your group, please contact us:
