Bear Mini Experience Accessibility Information

The Bear Mini Experience provides exclusive access to behind-the-scenes areas of our Andean bear habitat. For the safety of both participants and animals, it is important that all guests are able to understand and independently follow instructions from the animal keepers at all times.

Before booking, please consider the following:

• Participants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Participants must be able to independently follow verbal safety instructions and respond appropriately to changing situations.
• The experience involves walking up and down stairs, stepping over thresholds, and navigating areas of uneven ground. A reasonable level of mobility and physical fitness is required.
• The experience takes place behind the scenes; in animal care areas that include relatively small indoor spaces.
• Participants may spend time on an elevated viewing balcony overlooking the bear habitat. Therefore, this experience may not be suitable for those with a fear of heights (acrophobia).
• Due to the nature of the environment and the animals involved, participants must be able to remain calm and follow staff instructions throughout the experience.

If you have any questions about the suitability of this experience for yourself or someone in your group, please contact us before booking. Our team will be happy to discuss the experience and help you make an informed decision.
