Universal Credit Tickets - Making nature accessible for everyone

  • 1st May 2026

We believe that everyone should have the chance to enjoy a day out surrounded by nature, connect with incredible animals, and be inspired to protect our planet.

We understand that for many families, the cost of visiting can be a barrier. That’s why we’re introducing Universal Credit tickets as an initiative for May 2026 helping more people experience the zoo and the vital conservation work happening here.

When to visit

Weekends and bank holidays can be busier, so if you’re able to visit during quieter times, you’ll enjoy a more relaxed experience.
