Twilight Bat Walk 29th October
- 29th Oct 2026
- 4:45pm - 7pm
Discover the secret world of North Somerset’s bats during an exclusive after-hours experience at Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm.
As twilight falls and the zoo grows quiet, join an experienced bat conservationist for a guided walk-through visitor and off-show areas of our 100-acre site. Using specialist bat-detecting equipment, you’ll listen for the ultrasonic calls of different species and learn more about the remarkable bats that live across our woodlands, wetlands, hedgerows and grasslands.
Recent surveying has identified an incredible 16 bat species using the zoo and its surrounding habitats, making this a unique opportunity for keen wildlife enthusiasts to explore the landscape after dark.
With strictly limited spaces, this intimate small-group experience offers a fascinating glimpse into the wildlife that emerges when our daytime visitors have gone home.
The zoo will be closed to the public throughout the event, including the Gift Shop and Farm Shop, making this a truly exclusive after-hours experience.
