Terms & Conditions

  1. The Spring Back for £1 offer is valid for visitors who purchase a standard day admission ticket online between 1st April and the 30th April 2026.
  2. Eligible visitors will receive an automated email link in their booking confirmation, which entitles them to return for one additional visit for £1 per person before May 2026. 
  3. The £1 return ticket must be booked online in advance using the unique link provided in the booking confirmation email. Capacity is limited and is offered on a first come first served basis. 
  4. The return visit must be for the same number of tickets and ticket types as the original booking. Additional tickets can be purchased at standard prices either online or at the ticket office/gate.
  5. If a larger number of £1 spring back tickets are purchased compared to the original booking, you will be required to pay the difference between the £1 ticket and our standard gate prices when you arrive at the ticket office. 
  6. The offer applies to standard day admission tickets only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, memberships, or free entry promotions (except the Early Bird discount, where applicable). This offer is not available in conjunction with late entry tickets or home educator events.
  7. You may be asked to provide proof of your original visit and valid photo ID for the lead booker on arrival. Failure to provide proof may result in standard admission being charged.
  8. The return visit must be used in one single booking; multiple return visits are not permitted.
  9. A maximum of 6 tickets can be booked via the £1 return ticket online booking link. 
  10. An online transaction fee of £1.50 will be charged per booking.
  11. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
  12. The offer is valid for general admission only and does not include entry to separately ticketed events or experiences.
  13. Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice
