Permanent Full-Time Park Ranger

Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm is looking to recruit a friendly, motivated individual to join our Visitor Operations team as a Park Ranger.

You’ll thrive in a busy, customer-facing environment and help with the day-to-day running of our award-winning zoo. We’re looking for someone with a flair for outstanding customer service — enthusiastic, hands-on, and ready for a role where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

· Helping visitors enjoy their day by being friendly, approachable, and responsive to questions and queries.

· Keeping play areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.

· Carrying out general janitorial duties.

· Driving our tractor and trailer, providing commentary for visitors on board.

· Ensuring the zoo grounds are clean, tidy, and welcoming.

· Working regularly in our Ticket Office and Welcome Team.

About You:

· Friendly, outgoing, and charismatic, with a passion for working outdoors and engaging with the public.

· Hold a full, current manual driving licence and be a confident driver.

· Have experience delivering excellent customer service in retail, leisure, or hospitality.

· Maintain high cleaning and presentation standards.

· Be a reliable team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Work Pattern:

· Permanent, full-time role (5 days per week, including one weekend in three).

· Must be willing to fit into the existing staff rota.

· Immediate start – October 2025.

Salary: £12.21 per hour
