Please note:
The 10% off catering outlets includes all catering facilities. Our parent and toddler group only runs on Mondays and Wednesdays within term time. To receive the friends and family discount, friends and family must visit with a current member, showing a membership card. Your friends and family must purchase their day entry tickets directly from the ticket office.
*Children (ages 2-15), Concession (students, adults aged 65+), Additional children can only be added to a family membership. Memberships can be purchased online and you can select when you would like your membership to commence. Annual memberships are non transferable and have photographic ID attached.
MARKETING EMAILS
If you opt out of Marketing emails, you will not receive any emails from us due to GDPR law. This includes any updates to your membership. Our Members emails are sent only when we believe there is significant benefit for members to be informed on zoo news, updates and membership perks.
Visited us in the last 14 days?
If you have visited the Zoo within the last 14 days, we can deduct the price of your admission from the cost of your membership on a like-for-like basis.
Please call the office on 01275 852606 as we can only deduct your tickets from a membership over the phone. We are not able to deduct the cost of your day ticket against Gift Memberships.
