Gift Ticket holders do not need to book in advance, simply turn up any time (within opening hours!) and hand the ticket to the Ticket Office for entry.

Not sure which gift to choose? Take the pressure off gift giving and let the recipient decide!
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online against Encounters, Experiences, Adoptions, and Day Tickets.

Gift Vouchers are digital monetary vouchers for online use only and cannot be redeemed on site.

A unique 16-digit code is emailed to the email address provided by the purchaser.
