Who is it for?
- Maximum 2 participants
- Minimum age for experience is 10 years old.
- 1 participant must be aged 18+
Due to the nature of the experience, no additional guests or spectators can be accommodated.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
£199.50 for up to two participants.
Accessibility Information
The Giraffe and Rhino Experience provides exclusive access to behind-the-scenes areas of our animal habitats. For the safety of both participants and animals, it is important that all guests are able to understand and independently follow instructions from the animal keepers at all times.
Before booking, please consider the following:
- Participants must be aged 10 years or over.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult participant (18+).
- Participants must be able to independently follow verbal safety instructions and respond appropriately to changing situations.
- The experience involves walking up and down hills, navigating uneven ground, and walking across a variety of surfaces including grass, gravel and sand. A reasonable level of mobility and physical fitness is required.
- The experience takes place behind the scenes; in animal care areas that include relatively small indoor spaces.
- Due to the nature of the environment and the animals involved, participants must be able to remain calm and follow staff instructions throughout the experience.
- Participants should be comfortable spending time in close proximity to large animals and within operational zoo environments.
