Nominated for Regional Tourism Awards

We are delighted to announce that we have been nominated in the Large Visitor Attraction of the Year category for the South West Tourism Awards. This follows our recent success at the Bristol, Bath and Somerset Awards where we were awarded the gold for Large Visitor Attraction of the Year.

This award recognises attractions that provide an unforgettable visitor experience and demonstrate excellence across all attraction aspects. Judges at the Bristol, Bath and Somerset Awards referred to Noah’s Ark as ‘leading the way’ and ‘a shining light’ in the tourism sector. We are particularly proud of their comments regarding our ‘excellence in accessibility and customer service’ and ‘consistently exceptional experience’. These comments reflect the zoo’s core values of accessibility for all, providing excellent customer experience and becoming a sustainable green zoo.

Noah’s Ark has won 35 awards from various bodies over the last 6 years, with a particular emphasis on the areas of accessibility and inclusive tourism and ethical and responsible tourism.

We will continue to provide visitors with a fantastic day at the zoo and strive for excellence in all our ventures.
