A Winter’s Trail – Footprints in the Snow

Grab a trail map and track down the snowy footprints around the Zoo. Successfully identify all the animal footprints and hand in your trail map at the ticket office for your chance to win a Reindeer Encounter for up to two adults and two children!

Wonky Christmas Tree Corner

Explore our undercover, magical Christmas Tree walk-through, showcasing our beautifully wonky Christmas trees! Capture a seasonal family photo at one of our Christmas themed photo opportunities, and play our festive instruments. 

Reindeer Talk 

Meet the reindeer! Learn all about these amazing animals from our expert Keepers in our reindeer talk. The talk runs on weekends from the 25th November, and then daily from the 16th December. Held at the Reindeer paddock, which is located opposite the Elephant paddock, at 2pm. 

Christmas Tree Shop

Pick out a beautiful Christmas tree from our Farm Shop! This year, we're stocking a selection of perfectly, imperfect, wonky Christmas trees! Why not give a slightly unusual tree the chance to shine this Christmas!

9th December- Salvation Army Band Performance

The Salvation Army will be joining us for a traditional Christmas brass band performance under the Canopy! Their festive performance runs from 1.00pm - 2.00pm.

We'll be open as normal throughout November (10.30am - 5pm), before switching to our winter opening hours in December:
