Meet Dora the Explorer at Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm
17th July 2013
For her latest adventure Dora the Explorer is heading to Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm to get to know our visitors. Children will love meeting their favourite explorer from the Nickelodeon television series, known for her intrepid adventures using her map-reading, counting and language skills along the way. Dora the Explorer Live! is running at the Bristol Hippodrome this summer.
This epic search to reach the City of Lost Toys comes straight from London’s West End and you can meet the star of this exciting show at Noah’s Ark between 11.30am and 2pm on Saturday, July 20. This is a unique chance to meet Dora in person and get some photos together. There will be six Dora the Explorer appearances of approximately 15 minutes each, as well as plenty of time to meet and greet the Explorer gang.
The appearance times will be:
When she’s not meeting visitors, Dora will be busy exploring everything Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm has to offer. There’s plenty to see and get involved with, making Noah’s Ark a fantastic family day out, especially for youngsters like Dora.
As well as being home to incredible zoo animals including lions, tigers and rhinos, there’s countless fun activities for young children to keep them interested and entertained all day long. Our adventure playgrounds include zip wires, trampolines and slides and children can also truly let loose in our straw den, climbing bales and swinging on ropes like Boots the monkey!
Children can also delight in getting up close to a variety of animals at Noah’s Ark, hand-feeding goats, camels, llamas and pigs, or holding rabbits, chicks and guinea pigs. Or for something more exotic, they can meet Gerald, Genny and George at our daily giraffe feed! After getting to know Dora and exploring Noah’s Ark you can see her in action on stage at the Hippodrome from Friday, July 26 to Sunday, July 28 for another perfect family day out in Bristol!
