"Firstly thank you ALL for making Mum's 80th birthday such a special day. To see her pleasure stroking lambs, feeding goats, and watching her grandson fly Ernie is something we willl hold dear for a very long time.
Your staff are amazing! Welcoming, helpful, offering first contact etc without exception, they are a credit to you. I could mention many of them but that would be unfair because I do not believe any failed to be as helpful and courteous as possible but the unique situation we met each in offered them a greater or lesser opportunity to demonstrate their skills.
We came with some reservations, the press has been quite cruel, and we did not believe such a worthwhile attraction could be on our doorstep. Your animals all looked so much better than we expected, all content. The ostrich racing the zebra, the rhinos, the tigers (one was playfully ripping something to shreds). Whilst in the petting areas the gentle and relaxed attitude of the animals was proof they are regularly and appropriately handled, simply by their acceptance of human contact.
The Christian message which we had feared might be a bit forcefully delivered was discreet and informative and there for those who chose to receive it. The food in the cafe was lovely and your prices are very reasonable. We look forward to our next visit". Bristol.
"What a lovely place! Very enjoyable and lots to do- thank you!" The Bratchers, Cardiff.
