 If you wish to bring a group of people to visit Noah's Ark Zoo Farm then you can benefit from our special discounted entry rates. For information about Group Prices please click here. Children under the age of 2 are free and therefore not included in the group number.
Group bookings need to be made in advance of the day you wish to come, preferably with at least three days notice. Please contact the office to make a formal booking. We do NOT require deposits.
To qualify for the discounted group rate, someone must pay the full amount in one single transaction by cash, credit card or cheque on the day of the visit.
We prefer not to invoice group visits but if this is the only method of payment that you require then we will issue an invoice. Please provide us with a contact name, full address and postcode for the invoice. Invoices are produced on the day of the visit and posted to the group leader. We require payment within 14 days or an additional charge may be incurred.
The whole group will need to meet at the entrance by the ticket office and proceed into the zoo together once the payment has been received- alternatively the group leader will need to wait by the ticket office to vouch for each late arriving member.
The group rates vary depending on how many people you are bringing. Therefore the price quoted over the phone may not correspond with what you have to pay on the day if a lot of group members don't turn up or additional guests are brought.
