Noah's Ark Zoo Farm takes copyright very seriously. We pride ourselves on providing a first class service to our customers, both at the farm, and via our web site. In order to advertise our attractions, we may take photographs of our attractions and any visitor that may be using those mentioned attractions. In the event that you are photographed as the centre focus of an image, we will request your permission to use the photo for advertising and promotional purposes including but not limited to web site display, local and national press, international press releases, brochures that are distributed to local, national and international partners and other related outlets that are selected by ourselves or our agent working on our behalf.

If you object to an image used within the Noah's Ark Zoo Farm, or within our web site, please contact us as soon as possible so we may resolve the problem.

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm retains the copyright to all images that have been taken by our staff, and to all images that are used within the web site, unless otherwise notified, or unless the copyright is owned and used with the permission of the original artist.

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm holds the copyright ownership to all images that have been uploaded to our web site by a web user. Any copyright on the original image will be automatically transferred to Noah's Ark Zoo Farm at the time of uploading. If you are the original copyright holder of said image(s), and you disagree with the copyright transfer, please contact us prior to uploading your images so that we may add a disclaimer to your images and protect your copyright rights. Please do not upload images that you do not own, and/or images that are copyrighted by a third party. Such images will be deleted upon detection, and the original copyright owner will be notified, if possible, and informed of the unauthorised use of their image(s).

Noah's Ark Zoo Farm does not authorise any third party organisation, person or persons to use, duplicate store electronically or otherwise, reproduce or sell for reward (or otherwise) any image that are copyright Noah's Ark Zoo Farm or the respective owner.

We may grant you permission to use our images at our discretion judged on a case by case basis. Please contact us describing your intended application for more information.
