Office Administrator / Front of House Team Member
Permanent, Part time- 3 days one week, 4 days the following week (includes Saturday work).
Working rota- Monday, Wednesday and Friday- week 1.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday- week 2.
The working hours are 9am - 5pm.
Salary: £7 per hour.
Deadline: Extended to Friday 3rd February 2012.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, reliable and confident person to join the Office and Front of House Team at Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm.
This position will be a split role between the Office and Ticket Office. We are looking for an administration assistant to support the daily running of the office including dealing with daily queries, answering the telephone and providing administration assistance for a variety of departments including Marketing and Events.
After initial training, the successful candidate would take responsibility for some key office tasks including booking customers onto gift experience packages and completing the related administration.
The other part of the position will include work in the Ticket Office as a customer services member. This role involves working on a till and welcoming visitors to the zoo.
This position will involve working a Saturday every other week with limited holiday period during the school holidays. Someone who is flexible with excellent customer service skills, good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills is essential. We are looking for someone who is a team player and can also work independently using their own initiative.
